Nexus Player is now Officially Aavailable in Australia

After the successful launch of Google chromecast now Google came up with the new media player Nexus player in the Australian Market. The Google Nexus Player will go on sale for $129 through retailers.

It will act as a Google Chromecast with just little up gradation. WiFi will be more reliable, with the device having dual-band 802.11ac which will provide better streaming. This means you can play content from PC, smartphone or tablet, regardless of Android, iOS, Windows, etc. It is a disc-shaped device which measures 120mm x 120mm x 20mm and it comes with Google’s new Android TV OS.

The Nexus Player also has a game pad, sold separately, for use on Google Play and Android games, with free online multiplayer.
