Google Chromecast 2nd gen and Chromecast Audio Coming Soon to Australia

Google has launched chromecast 2nd gen along with Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P at an event in late September last year. Now finally Chromecast 2 coming soon to Australia to end the long wait. Both Google Chromecast 2 and Chromecast Audio is listed in the JB Hifi inventory system. So, now Australians do not have to wait for long to get these devices. May be after couple of weeks both these devices will be available for Purchase in the stores. Google chromecast 2 is powered with dual-core processor along with a 2GB NAND flash storage and Samsung’s 4GB of DDR3L SDRAM. The device also has an integrated Marvell Avastar antenna to offer Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC and FM Radio functionality.

Moreover Chromecast 2nd gen is more improved device as compared to Chromecast 2013. As the 2013 version of chromecast has overheating issues and in the new one google address this issue and apply thermal paste which reduces the heat. It also has design change, it comes in a sleek disc-shaped design.

Moreover, both these devices Chromecast 2nd gen (2015) and Chromecast Audio will priced be at 59 AUD.
