Zoom End-to-End Encryption rollout will begin Next Week

After the announcement of end-to-end encryption in May, the company finally announced its plans to start Phase 1 of rolling out to the Zoom app users from next week. The users have to enable end-to-end encryption(E2EE) at the account level and after that users have to opt-in to E2EE on a per-meeting basis.

Zoom end-to-end encryption feature will come in a technical preview in which users will be asked to provide their feedback after the first 30 days. Zoom users on free and paid plans can host up to 200 participants in an E2EE meeting when the feature will be available. Moreover, If you enable E2EE at the group-level then all the participants of the group must enable E2EE in the settings to join the meeting.
