April Google Play system update brings new features and improvements to Android

Release notes are equally as important as updates. Otherwise, users might deem the update unnecessary no matter the features and improvements it brings. Sadly it took a while for the American tech giant to realize this. And it has only been a couple of months since Google has begun offering release notes for the Google Play updates.
