A new Google wireless device with model number GXCA6 and FCC ID A4RGXCA6 passed the FCC certification. Most probably the device is Google’s upcoming Chromecast (Sabrina) dongle. The name of the device is still not confirmed. Moreover, recently the new Chromecast with remote(Sabrina) with model number GPJ110 passed through the NCC (Taiwanese certification).
According to the FCC certification, the device supports WiFi 802.11ac (2.4Ghz and 5GHz) and Bluetooth LE. The Label diagram depicts its oval shape which further suggests that it might be a new Chromecast dongle(Sabrina). The recent leaks and design render shows that the new Chromecast will debut with remote has the oval shape design.
However, it could be the Nest Speaker (smart speaker). Here it’s important to tell you that recently a speaker with the codename “prince” spotted on Google Store last month.
According to the previous leaks and reports the New Chromecast( Sabrina) will come along a remote control like Roku, and Amazon Fire Stick. The new Chromecast remote is expected to have microphone support and a dedicated Google Assistant button for “voice commands”. Hence, the addition of a microphone is more logical to the remote controller.
